Where to Apply
All who travel outside the Us need a passport. This includes anyone traveling to Canada, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. The Clerk'south Office offers passport service for both individual applicants and families applying for multiple passports during i visit.
Passport service is available through both appointments and walk-in hours. Pre-scheduled appointments can be made for the following Clerk locations:

Required for a New Passport — What To Bring With Y'all
To utilise for your passport, Form DS-xi must be completed if whatever of the post-obit is true:

Adult Passport Renewals — Cannot Be Processed by the Clerk
IMPORTANT: The Clerk'due south Part does not process passport renewals.
